Developer and scope

This policy applies to the ColorMargin iOS and iPadOS application and this support site. The provider is chenghui yang.

Data the developer collects

None. The app does not send personal data, usage data, diagnostics, product entries, service records, local aliases, formula labels, or business assumptions to the developer. This site does not provide an account, form, advertising, or analytics service.

Data stored on your device

ColorMargin stores the products, landed costs, package mass, usage amounts, service prices, optional local aliases, optional formula labels, planning defaults, and saved result snapshots you enter. The app uses this information only to calculate, display, save, search, duplicate, and export your records.

Purchases

Apple processes ColorMargin Lifetime purchases under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. The app requests product information and reads only the verified entitlement state needed to unlock purchased functionality. The developer does not receive your payment-card details from the app.

Exports and sharing

Data leaves ColorMargin only when you explicitly export a JSON backup or CSV history and use Apple's system share interface. You choose the destination. A selected destination may process the exported file under its own privacy policy, outside the developer's control.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete individual records, replace the archive by restoring a backup, or delete the app and its local data. Exported copies remain wherever you chose to save or send them and must be deleted there by you. Because the developer does not hold app records, the developer cannot retrieve or delete them on your behalf.

Permissions, tracking, and children

ColorMargin does not request Contacts, Photos, Health, camera, microphone, location, or tracking permission. It does not track you across apps or sites. The product is a professional business tool and is not directed to children.

Policy changes

If ColorMargin's data practices change, this page and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before the new practice is released. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
